The welding system parameters match our standard models. Pilot arc current is 60 amperes, main arc current is 250 amperes, laser power is 6000 watts, and oscillation width is only 5 mm. This narrow oscillation is specifically designed for valve head face narrow weld seams. Machine dimensions are 2100 x 1100 x 2000 mm, weight 1500 kg, total power 30 kVA, and compressed air requirement is 0.5 MPa. The fully automatic machine integrates automatic feeding, automatic clamping, automatic welding, and automatic unloading functions. Operators only need to periodically add unprocessed valves to the hopper. Production cycle time depends on specific valve specifications and cladding layer thickness requirements.
