Cobalt Chrome Powder

Our Cobalt Chrome Powder is one of the most commonly used high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials for plasma and laser cladding. The chemical composition follows the Co-28Cr-5W-1.2C formulation. The cladding layer hardness reaches 39 to 46 HRC. This powder is widely used for valve sealing surfaces, turbine blades, high-temperature molds, and chemical pump valves. Our powder is produced using atomization technology. The powder particles are spherical with a spherical ratio above 93%.

Weld Data Monitoring

Our Weld Data Monitoring system is a critical tool for shifting weld quality management from post-inspection to process control. This system simultaneously monitors four core welding parameters: voltage, current, powder feed speed, and shielding gas flow rate. The sampling frequency is 100 Hz, with real-time data refresh delay not exceeding 120 milliseconds. It supports online monitoring of up to 4 welding stations simultaneously, making it ideal for centralized quality management in multi-station production workshops.

7 Axis Integrated Welder

Our 7 Axis Integrated Welder is the most comprehensive equipment series in our product line, available in large and small configurations. These two models meet the cladding requirements of different workpiece sizes. The large split five-axis plasma welding machine, model HJ55, features 3000 mm X-axis travel and 2000 mm Z-axis travel. It handles workpieces up to 2500 mm in diameter, 700 mm in length, and 5000 kg in weight. This model is used in heavy machinery manufacturing, large valves, pressure vessels, and wind power components.
