Mining picks are one of the highest-consumption wear parts in coal and tunnel engineering. This line accommodates pick sizes ranging from 25 to 55 mm in diameter, covering most mining pick specifications. The single-piece production cycle time is 25 to 60 seconds. The automatic hopper stores up to 260 unprocessed picks at one time, supporting continuous production for over 12 hours without interruption. Consistent Hardness and Full Automation

 

The fixture system on this line has a maximum load capacity of 45 kg per station. The cladding hardness is guaranteed within the 52 to 58 HRC range, fully meeting mining requirements for pick wear resistance. The line uses a rotary station layout. Operators only need to periodically add unprocessed picks and alloy powder. The equipment automatically completes clamping, welding, and unloading. The control system integrates seamlessly with our data acquisition system. Cladding parameters for each pick are automatically recorded and linked to the workpiece number for individual quality traceability.
