Combined with a torch oscillation width of 0 to 50 millimeters, this enables continuous cladding across the entire roller surface in a single pass. This approach reduces the number of overlapping joints and improves surface quality consistency. The dilution rate is controlled between 8% and 14%, ensuring a strong bond between the cladding layer and the base material. The fixture system supports workpieces up to 2,500 kilograms, maintaining dynamic balance for large rollers during rotation. The machine dimensions are designed to facilitate easy loading and unloading of large workpieces.
