Unlike fixed equipment, the motion system of this unit relies on the selected industrial robot. Travel distance is not limited by the equipment itself but depends on your robot model. Arc Voltage Adjustment and Heavy Workpiece Capacity

 

This equipment includes an arc voltage adjustment feature with 60 mm adjustment range. This automatically adjusts torch height based on arc voltage changes during welding, ensuring constant arc length. The oscillation width is 80 mm, meeting requirements for medium to wide weld seams. Workpiece handling capacity matches our large models. It handles workpieces up to 2500 mm diameter, 700 mm length, and 5000 kg weight, depending on the robot's working range. The machine dimensions are approximately 5000 x 3000 x 2500 mm, weight 5000 kg, and total power 40 kVA. It uses 380V 50/60Hz three-phase five-wire power supply.
