Powder Compatibility and Preheating Control
This machine is compatible with Inconel 625 and Stellite 6, which are commonly used nickel-based and cobalt-based corrosion-resistant alloys in the petroleum industry. The unit supports workpiece preheating from 120 to 320 degrees Celsius. This is essential for preventing hydrogen-induced cracking when cladding high-alloy materials. The maximum workpiece load capacity is 1,600 kilograms, with a maximum wall thickness of 110 millimeters. The dilution rate is controlled within an appropriate range to maintain chemical composition stability of the corrosion-resistant alloy layer. This equipment can be paired with horizontal lathes or vertical turntables based on your workpiece type. We support both EXW and FOB trade terms for international customer convenience.
