DED Machine

Our DED Machine utilizes Directed Energy Deposition, one of the most mainstream process routes in industrial additive manufacturing and remanufacturing today. The laser output power ranges from 3,000 to 7,000 watts, with a powder feed rate of 1.0 to 5.2 kilograms per hour. The adjustable spot diameter ranges from 2.2 to 6.5 millimeters. A key feature of this equipment is its continuous defocus adjustment range of -10 to +15 millimeters. This allows operators to flexibly adjust spot energy density for different cladding requirements, from thin-layer cladding to thick-layer deposition. Since our founding in 2015, we have focused on applying DED technology in industrial remanufacturing.

Stable Dilution and Multi-Axis Expandability

 

The cladding layer dilution rate on this machine stays stable between 4% and 9%. The maximum workpiece load capacity is 800 kilograms. The equipment includes multi-axis external expansion interfaces. This allows easy integration with positioners, travel axes, or robot systems to form flexible machining cells. We have extensive experience in control system integration. We can provide complete solutions ranging from single machines to full production lines. Every unit undergoes 72 hours of uninterrupted aging testing before shipment. This verifies the stability of the power supply, cooling, and powder feeding systems under extended operation. Our DED Machine is engineered for reliability in demanding industrial settings.

Our pre-sales services for this equipment include working condition assessment, process solution design, and equipment selection advice. If you need a custom solution, our R&D team can complete the entire process from design to sample delivery within 90 days. Our payment terms are flexible. For custom equipment, we accept 50% deposit, 40% upon delivery, and 10% final payment. After delivery, we provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training.
