This machine features an adjustable powder feed rate from 1.0 to 4.5 kilograms per hour, paired with an oscillation width of 0 to 40 millimeters. This flexibility allows you to handle different cladding widths with ease. The fixture system supports workpieces up to 500 kilograms, making it suitable for medium-sized components. We have equipped each unit with a process memory function that stores up to 30 sets of welding parameters. This feature enables quick changeovers between different workpieces, reducing setup time and boosting your production efficiency.
